Darood Sharif depression ki dua kesy? (In Urdu and English)

درود شریف ڈپریشن کی دوا کیسے ہے؟

درود شریف کا ترجمعہ اگر دیکھیں تو کچھ اس طرح بنتا ہے

"اے اللّٰہ درود بھیج حضرت محمد پر اور (ان کی آل پر)"

اس کلام یعنی درود میں ہم دو ہستیوں کا ذکر کر رہے ہیں
ایک اللّٰہ پاک اور دوسرے حضرت محمد (صل صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم)

جب ہم مسلسل اور بار بار ان دو ہستیوں کا ذکر اپنی زبان سے کرتے ہیں زہن میں توجہ کے ساتھ، یعنی جب درود ہڑھتے ہیں، تو ہمیں ان دونوں ہستیوں کی توجہ حاصل ہوتی ہے، دونوں کے Aura کا نور اور شفاء والی انرجی (Healing Energy) ملتی ہے، انوارات ملتے ہیں جو ہمارے ڈپریشن کو Heal کر کے  ختم کر دینے کے لیے کافی ہیں۔

زیادہ فائدہ تب ہو گا جب ہم توجہ اور دھیان سے درود شریف پڑھیں گے اگر درود تنہائی میں توجہ اور اس تصور کے ساتھ پڑھنا شروع کر دیں کہ

آپ کی اللّٰہ کی اور حضور صل اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ایک تکون ہے، اور آپ تینوں ایک دوسرے کی طرف متوجہ ہیں۔۔

تو یقین جانیں ڈپریشن فوری ختم ہوتا چلے جاے گا۔ بلکہ درود پڑھنے کا  اصل لطف اور روحانی سرور بھی تب ہی نصیب ہو گا۔

درود شریف زیادہ کیوں نہیں پڑھا جاتا ؟

استغفار کرنے سے گناہ مٹتے ہیں، کوی اور کلام پڑھنے سے نیکیاں ملتی ہیں۔ کسی دوسرے کلام سے براہ راست درجات بلند نہیں ہوتے، بلکہ گناہ مٹنے اور نیکیوں کی تعداد زیادہ ہونے سے آہستہ آہستہ درجات بلند ہوتے ہیں۔

جبکہ درود پاک وہ واحد عبادت ہے جس سے براہ راست درجات بلند ہوتے ہیں۔

"درودپڑھنے سے گناہ مٹتے ہیں، نیکیاں ملتی ہیں اور درجات بلند ہوتے ہیں (احادیث)

چونکہ درود پڑھنے سے ہمارے نفس کے براہ راست روحانی درجات بلند ہوتے ہیں اس لیے درود زیادہ نہیں پڑھا جاتا۔ اتنا ہی پڑھا جاتا ہے جتنا ہم براہ راست بلندی درجات کا زور اٹھا سکیں۔

مسلسل درود پاک پڑھنے کی وجہ سے ہماری ذات، نفس اور DNA میں بلندی درجات کے حصول کے لیے کچھ تغیر اور Upgradation ہوتی ہے، Updates انسٹال ہوتی ہیں۔ آپ لوگوں نے نوٹ کیا ہو گا کہ جب کمپیوٹر پر Heavy updates انسٹال ہو رہی ہوں تو کمپیوٹر کی سپیڈ کم ہو جاتی ہے، رک رک کر چلنے لگتا ہے۔ اسی طرح جب درود پڑھنے سے ہماری ذات کی upgradation ہوتی ہے اور Superior DNA کی Updates انسٹال ہوتی ہیں تو ہم سے ایک خاص مقدار سے زیادہ درود پاک نہیں پڑھا جاتا، زبان ساتھ نہیں دیتی، سینہ بھاری ہونے لگتا ہے اور طبیعت بوجھل ہونے لگتی ہے

لیکن جیسے جیسے انسان مسلسل درود پاک پڑھتا جاے تو آہستہ آہستہ زیادہ ہونے لگتا ہے، روح اور نفس طاقتور ہوتے جاتے ہیں، جسم درود شریف کے انوارات کو برداشت کرنے لگتا ہے۔ در حقیقت درجات بلند ہوتے جاتے ہیں اور اللہ کی اور رسول اللہ صل اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی قربت حاصل ہوتی جاتی ہے

اللہ پاک ہمیں زیادہ سے زیادہ درود پاک پڑھنے اور اس کے فیوض و انوارات حاصل کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے

How is Durood Sharif Depression medicine? 

If you look at the translation of Durood Sharif, it is something like this: 

"O Allah send Darood on Hazrat Muhammad and (on in his All)" 

this word, Druid we are referring to two entities 
one Allah-Pak and the other Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: 

When we constantly and repeatedly mention these two beings with our tongues, we get the attention of these two beings with attention in our tongue, that is, when the Durood arises, the light of the two Auras. And Healing Energy, there are inventions that are enough to heal our depression. 

The greater benefit will be when we read Durood Sharif with attention and attention if we begin to read Durood in isolation and with the idea that

There is a triangle between your Allah and the Holy Prophet, and you three are attracted to each other. 

So be assured that depression will go away immediately. On the contrary, the real pleasure of reading the blessings and the spiritual server will also be fortunate. 

Why is Durood Sharif not read so much? 

Asking for forgiveness removes sins, reading a scripture and writing brings about righteousness. There is no higher rank directly than any other word, but the gradual elevation is higher than the sin and the number of righteousness. 

Whereas Durud Pak is the only worship that directly elevates grades. 

"Reading the sin eliminates sins, brings goodness, and elevates grades (Hadiths).

Since reading the blessings directly elevates the spiritual levels of our self, it does not read much. It is read as much as we can directly lift the height. 

Continuous reading of the blessings causes some changes and upgrades to achieve higher levels in our self, self and DNA, updates are installed. You may have noticed that when Heavy updates are being installed on the computer, the computer's speed decreases, it starts running slowly. Likewise, when reading Durud is upgrading our self and installing Superior DNA Updates, we are not allowed to read more than a certain amount of Durud, do not support the language, the chest becomes heavy and nature begins to be burdensome.

But as the human being reads Darood Pak gradually, more and more, the soul and body become stronger, the body begins to bear the blessings of Druid Sharif.
